Italian World Channel (IWC) is a digital multimedia company that caters to both the emotional connection and affection many Americans have with Italy. IWC delivers original Italian art, beauty, fashion, sport, culture and lifestyle from an Italian point of view.
IWC is America’s first media company to offer Italophiles a diverse array of films, photos, slideshows and articles from the Italian cultural community with contributions from current Italian writers, photographers and filmmakers.
The company was founded in 2009 to bring cultural diversity—because we all love diversity–to the digital world. IWC aspires to establish itself as the premier online destination for Italy-loving Americans.

Andrea Romano is a tenured professor of Contemporary History at the University of Roma Tor Vergata. The former non fiction editor for Giulio Einaudi Editore and former culture and policy commentator for the Italian daily “La Stampa” combines both his academic, editorial and literary skills as the current editor for Marsilio Editore and daily columnist for “Il Sole 24 Ore”. He has published numerous essays and books on contemporary European political history.

Favorite Foods: Definitively“Parmigiana di melanzane”, the way my father used to cook it (i.e. the Sicilian way, with lots of eggs)
Leisure: Hmm what is that? When I have it, the best leisure time is always spent with my three kids.

Chiara Colombo is a contributing editor to the Catholic University Publishing House. She developed her professional experience in the world of publishing at 3 Italia Mobile Company’s Press Office and as Editor in Chief of an online Philosophical Review. Chiara is also a Ph.D candidate in Philosophical Sciences at the Catholic University of Milan where her principal field of research is Transcendental Logic. Chiara also holds a Second Level Degree in Logic and Epistemology from the Catholic University of Milan.
